The staff is extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with any issues they may have, like tracking down lost luggage. The hotel is located in a residential area, which provides a peaceful and authentic experience. The location is also ideal for exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside and nearby towns like Montepulciano. The only small downside is the thin walls between the apartments, which allow some noise to travel through. However, overall, this hotel provides a wonderful base for exploring the area.

The independent apartments at Sarna Residence are absolutely fantastic! The flat-screen TV and kitchenette in each unit made us feel right at home.

Personally, I found the bidets in the bathrooms to be unnecessary, but others may still find them useful.

The rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful countryside views. the hotel had some nice facilities including a nice pool and a picturesque garden.

I recently stayed at SARNA Residence for a short holiday in Tuscany. The charming Tuscan country residence, with its high standard modernization and preserved antique charm, was a delightful place to stay. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with a well-stocked kitchenette. The off-road private parking and surrounding olive trees added to the serene atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the historic center of the city. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Gaia, made my stay memorable. SARNA Residence is highly recommended for its beauty and hospitality.

The countryside was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect for exploring the Tuscan area. There was a co-op and several restaurants nearby which was very convenient. The apartment was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking Easter dinner a delight.

The neighbors in the apartment next door were very loud, and the walls were thin which made for some sleepless nights. , the WiFi connection wasn't great in the apartment, and we had to go outside to get a better signal.

The property is epic, with sick gardens and chill spots to hang. The rooms were hella clean and comfy, with all the top-notch gear. And Gaia, the owner, was the bomb dot com, always hooking us up with the inside scoop on the area and making sure we had mad fun.

The one thing we'd ask for is a banging party scene. We were hoping for some lit events or a sick club nearby to turn up the vibes even more.
